In an article published a month ago under the title ” Westlake Village firm’s mikes help novices record music like pros”, a Los Angeles based firm called Blue Microphones demonstrate a iPhone recorder device called “Mikey”, using Øystein as a test dummy. Norwegian web music zine Furoreiharare did an interview with Midlake talking about their new upcoming record due to be released early next year. Seems they picked up on our channels, since they mention Øystein playing guitar on one of their tracks…

The first concert date after the US release of Edendale January 19th have just been confirmed:
Bigbang – Live @ The Roxy Theatre, Sunset Strip, West Hollywood, Los Angeles – January 21st 2010.
More US dates will be announced later on, expected to be in January and March/April.
