Last may Bigbang and a rather impressive list of Norwegian rock acts came together and put on a impressive live show to celebrate Athetic Sound and their 25 years helping Norwegian artists record their unique sounds. Among a large list of Bigbang recordings, Girl In Oslo was recorded in their studios, in a live take with all the collaborating musicians playing at once.

Suiting enough, Girl In Oslo is the Bigbang track included in the DVD. The track was played live with Christer Engen (original Bigbang drummer and ex. Turbonegro) on additional drums. A picture of Bigbang / Øystein is also featured on the DVD cover.

The concert was recorded with sound and moving images, and it’s now ready for sale to the public. To celebrate, there will be a screening of the movie tonight in Oslo. The venue is the by:Larm tent @ Youngstorvet, and the screening will start 18.45. The DVD will be sold there as well, and from March 1st it will be available in stores!
