Looks like norwegian store Platekompaniet is the first place you can preorder “Edendale”, at the cost of 149,50 NOK (around 17 EURO, check www.xe.com for the exact rates).  The CD have official norwegian release 9th of march as mentioned before, no news about release dates in other countries.  According to earlier news it will also be released in Germany, USA, Denmark, UK and Austria.
